

When Should we book?
Some items are booked a year in advance and some items can be booked days before. It really depends if the item are available. We recommend booking sooner rather than later.
Is there a way to view an item?
All our pieces are at our South Surrey Location. We don't have a show room at this time. However, if you want to view before booking contact us and we can arrange a viewing.
How long is my rental booking for?
We leave all times up to you unless we have events out of town. If the item hasn't been booked out the day before and / or after the date requested we do offer early drop off or pick up. No extra charge.
Do I need to confirm anything day before rental?
Nope! We always message our clients the night before. This gives the client time to change numbers if needed and / or add more items.
How does the payment/deposit work?
Currently we ONLY take e-transfer for our bookings/deposits. As for the final balance we can take e-transfer or cash.
Will you set up my décor and / or take down?
Yes. If you want to leave the work to us we offer set up / take down services. Contact us for more info and pricing.
Do we clean items? Before we return.
All our glassware is the only items we ask to be free of liquor & food. As for our vases, chalk boards... we ask you leave as is as there are proper ways to clean without damaging the pieces.
Can we book rentals if we don't know our exact headcount?
Yes most definitely. We recommend giving a rough estimate and we can change numbers closer to the date.
Is your service policy different than your rentals?
Both our polices are fairly inline with each other. Our services normally don't include rental pieces unless you have booked our "All Décor/Day of" which includes access to all our rental pieces thus some things may be a little different.
Our event is mid week can you still provide rentals?
Our rental pieces and services are available 7 days a week. Could be a early Sunday or on a Thursday night, we have got you covered. We offer drop off from 8am till 3am and pick up anytime from our South Surrey location.
Is there a min spend for your rentals ?
No! What sets us apart for other Rental Décor companies is we don't have a min booking. Could be a $1 rental piece or $500 we are available for you at any budget.
What happens if the rental piece got damaged or lost?
This is why we charge a damage deposit this covers any damage and / or lost items. If a item is lost you will forfeit your deposit. If you damage an item we charge for what it would cost to fix the item. Example- glassware lost or broken is $2 per glass.
